I combine my experiences as an elite athlete, exercise junkie, a communications degree, and over a decade leading, managing, and training teams to bring a rounded perspective on fitness and life.
I like to think I bring a warm enthusiasm for people, a big silly smile, and a genuine passion for helping others feel good and move well.
I enjoy working with all individuals no matter their fitness or goals, and have a particular interest in balance and mobility, running and recreational athletes, body composition, and injury management - having had just about every chronic injury you could name as a junior athlete myself!
Outside of the gym, I enjoy adventure hiking, cooking, and learning history.
My training philosophy is simple. I want to help you enjoy your training, get results, and keep things in balance.
